The Velvet Finale is a thoughtful, timely, and thorough reconstitution of global civilization to facilitate sensible progress toward agreed upon objectives grown meaningful from a love that is second nature to all peoples everywhere.
It begins with a voluntary relocation of every individual to any place in the world by way of a systematic dismantling of all bureaucratic institution. The complexity in bureaucracy will not give way without
an opportunity for one final heroic Act.
History is one long, unlikely, inscrutable and convoluted invitation to resyndication.
With every individual settled into a place and among a people who are beloved- truly and deeply- each population is able to syndicate a state and establish the conceptual infrastructure that facilitates cooperation. These states are then free to explore new strategies for cultivating symbiosis, and new means to keep lit the fires of human ingenuity, creativity and passion.
The syndicated state is an independent system, and in that independence, strong. Strong states are unafraid, and smart states without fear are easily able to exchange with one another.
All inherited infrastructure is a stockpile of raw and refined resources. In a world of syndicate states, those resources become a new civilization, purged of all remnants of the kingdom that was Empire, and open to the ineffable coming of a new kingdom.
In this way humanity is challenged to strike balance between preservation of the vital cultural idiosyncrasy ne essary for survival, and the unfettered love that makes possible a world economy without debt, exploitation, and the lazy violence of coercive taxation. In this way, humanity has readied itself to meet that challenge, capable and unafraid.
