Blitzkrieg was a term used by mid-twentieth century journalists to describe a military strategy characterized by swiftness, surprise,
and overwhelming force.
The goal was to quickly and completely break the ranks of an enemy's line, causing sufficient terror and confusion to undermine any hope of retaliation and,
if possible, stamp out all retreat.
it was an unprecedented, brutal strategy,
and for these reasons, a highly effective one.
A German word, Blitzkrieg translates literally to "lightening war".
"lightening art",
or Blitzkunst, is also a German word.
It describes an unexpected and overwhelming deployment of unique creative offerings- across all variety of mediums, - in a struggle to overcome the psychological and physical violence of a status quo that is unconscionable,
unjustifiable, and untenable.
Born from a realization of the dangerous futility in revolutionary violence and rhetoric, Blitzkunst is a strategically decentralized form of militant pacifism intended to encourage and cultivate a reformation that is both deeply universal and highly localized.
We are presently in a war of all men
against the manifested irrational pretension of Empire. a noble struggle, a necessary one, raging for thousands of years, it is, in this moment, coming to a head.

We need art that arms people with the confidence and curiosity to seed and cultivate community, whereas
hyperlocal culture is the cure for toxic economy.
We need artists who are untouched by corruption,
who are considerate, and who understand,
the best survival strategy is all survival strategies.
